5 Boroughs NHS

Spruce Design have recently completed a major refurbishment  for 5 boroughs Partnership nhs trust .removing and changing all high risk bedroom curtain rails from Silent gliss safety rails type 6021  to  the new vittesse magnetic suspension rails 6200 which gives a controlled release load weight of no more than 20 kg on any part of the system   

  silent gliss  only provide a guide line for the estimated load release of 1 runner in a track on its own! and as have yet failed to produce any manufactures figures or guide lines for the release load required to seperate the runners from the track when multiple runners are stacked together ie. a self harm attempt using the length of curtain hanging from the whole track?

Mitie Engineering North west

 

Spruce Design Anti Ligature Services have been named main contractor for mitie engineering North Ltd, for supply and fit and maintenance of anti ligature rails and fittings through out the Mersey care NHS trust in the North West area.

 

Southport Hospital trust

spruce design have just finished aproject at southport general hospital in which we replaced and supplied a large quantity of anti ligature movatrack privacy and shower rails , all completed within 2 weeks of official order, another job finished on time  with very short notice .

Pennine care NHS trust

 New conversion of existing Cubicle rails in Bury and rochdale       

 

Recently refubished Mental Health units , converting 62 ensuite and shower rooms from old style conventional tracks to newer magnetic suspension system using the Movatrack  system working to make the more hidden and private areas a safer environment for clients
