Missing Parts

 In Many cases due to parts not being replaced when they go missing, An unknown possible ligature issue is uncovered: In this example the plastic cover of an anti ligature wall bracket has gone missing and left as it is, to the untrained this does not seem  of a problem, but to our staff this is seen as a very important  safety issue; As you can see in the inset picture, it does not take much effort to lift the track into the metal holding bracket creating a substantial and dangerous ligature point capable of holding many Kilograms of weight.
